These Terms of Service govern your use of ReadTheClause, operated by G Enterprises LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.


1. What ReadTheClause is

ReadTheClause is a contract intelligence service that helps users understand, analyze, negotiate, and generate contracts. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and provide plain-English explanations, risk assessments, and negotiation guidance.

ReadTheClause is not a law firm. We are not attorneys. The output of this service is informational only and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not rely on this service as a substitute for qualified legal counsel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReadTheClause. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Free trial and subscription

We offer a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. By starting a trial you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable subscription rate if you do not cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and clicking Cancel Subscription, or by contacting us at support@readtheclause.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until that date.

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial before it ends, you will not be charged.

You retain ownership of any documents and text you upload to ReadTheClause. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your contracts or documents.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any document you submit. Do not upload documents you do not have permission to share.

7. Accuracy and limitations

ReadTheClause uses artificial intelligence to analyze contracts. While we work to provide accurate and useful analysis, we cannot guarantee that every analysis is complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific situation. Contract law varies by jurisdiction and the facts of each situation. Always verify important information with a qualified attorney.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the output of this service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ReadTheClause, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on analysis provided by the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

ReadTheClause is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular analysis is accurate or complete.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wright County, Missouri.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
